2008 - it starts the collaboration with two of the Emerson Divisions in the gas regulator and electrotechnical industry area. Cooperation with FCI from France begins in the field of automotive
2005 - Flaro is integrated in RTC Group
2004 - It starts the collaboration with the german company Marquardt in the area of electrical tools
2003 - Flaro has ISO 9001:2000 certification granted by TUV CERT and TUV Thuringen eV
2002 - It starts the colaboration with some very important german partners: Harting, Siemens, Hartmann-Codier.
2001 - Opens co-operation in lohn system with Saacke GmbH - Germany and Vimar Spa - Italy.
2000 - Completes the re-orgnization on profit centres.
1999 - Establishes Phoenix Mecano Mould SRL - a new joint-venture with the Swiss concern Phoenix Mecano for producing injection moulds.
1998 - Sets up the first joint-venture company Kuhnke Relee SRL in partnership with Kuhnke Gmbh-Germany. Thus Flaro became an important supplier of electromagnetic relay components for the german company.
1997 - Starts the restructuring process and the organization on profit centres.
1996 - Starts the co-operation in lohn system with Fuji Magnetics Gmbh Germany - for processing the mechanical units for one time cameras.
1990 - The crash of the romanian textile industry, determined the company to assimilate new products and penetrate the external markets. Flamura Rosie changes its name into Flaro - a share hold company.
1989 - 3000 employes, powerfull development with the increase of the production capacities and the endowment of the company with new machines.
1948 - Becomes Flamura Rosie (Red Flame) after turning into a state company through nationalization.
1938 - 300 employees, enlargements of production and the product palette.
1922 - Gratiosa Mill, private factory established in Sibiu-Hermannstadt, 25 employees, mainly producing paper and metal desk articles.
